Arrival At The Spa 

Please turn off all cell phones & pagers while at the Spa, so that we may  give you the

best service possible, free from interruptions. Due to liability issues please do not

bring children or other valuables into the spa.  Small lockers are available should you

need to use them for personal items.  Please check in at the reception desk preferably

15 minutes prior to your appointment time, since we have reserved this time

especially for you and try to work on a precise schedule.   If you are late we may need

to shorten or cancel your service, and you will be charged for your scheduled service.

Cancellation Notice

If you need to cancel please do so at least one day in advance to avoid being charged.

We generally have a waiting list and this notice will allow us the time needed to

schedule another client. This cancellation notice applies to clients presenting gift

certificates as well.
